Humanity is spewing excess CO2 and Methane into the atmosphere altering our climate in disasterous ways. The rich and powerful are the enemy of humanity.
I am a writer, artist, musician, ex-Social Worker, Two tour Vietnam Veteran, husband and father, but most importantly I am a Grandfather and I am watching grown adults play politics and ego games with the future of our children. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. We must take the initiative because the Rich and Powerful oppose us. This site is a learning tool. Please use it.
GLOBAL CLIMATE CHANGE IS REAL, PRESENT, AND DEADLY.
HUMANS ARE RESPONSIBLE BY BURNING FOSSIL FUELS.
HUMANS KNOW THAT UNLESS THE CONCENTRATION OF CO2 AND METHANE ARE REDUCED THE CLIMATE OF THE PLANET WILL BE ALTERED CATASTROPHICALLY.
HUMANS KNOW THIS.
YET, THE MOST POWERFUL, AND WEALTHIEST HUMANS ON THE PLANET ARE FIGHTING TO KEEP PRODUCING FOSSIL FUELS.
WHY?
This is a satiric tale of Science and Fiction.
A modern adventure of modern Earth
It is a story of the sacred bond between a Dog and Human.
A valiant Golden Retriever/Corgi mix named Blue, lost and bewildered, desperately searches for his master, Tomas Two Hawks, amid a nation, and a world, in crisis
Two Hawks, a Native American man must fight false accusations and powerful enemies as he searches for his beloved Blue.
The planet Earth is in the Sixth Great Extinction Event.
Avarice and ego have placed humanity on the list.
Earth’s climate grows dangerously unpredictable
as runaway Global Warming threatens.
But, Earth is not alone in the Universe. Advanced Sentient Beings arrive with questions: “Are you guys crazy?”
BUT SOME ALIENS HAVE A HIDDEN AGENDA.
This is a book about a loving dog, a Native man, and humanity lost.
“Blue had stopped eating. He had lost his Tomas, he had lost his human. The most important thing in his world to him, his relationship with his human was life itself and he had no idea what had happened. One evening, his Tomas never came home. Blue was alone in the backyard, waiting patiently in the black of the coming night when rough men came instead and he was muzzled and taken to this shelter.”

"A Constitutional Republic is not a Democracy."

"Well, simply put," Bruce explained. "Some civilizations just seem to take a wrong turn somehow and instead of a steady progression from primitive to advanced they seem caught in quicksand, unable to shake free of their past immaturity. These civilizations tend to be highly aggressive and develop weapons of mass destruction to the point that sentient beings in nearby planetary systems feel threatened. There are millions of civilizations out there so the elimination of a few is no big deal."
"Huh?" Blue stopped thinking of food. "Elimination? Who? Us?

“Blue nodded. "It is how we are made; we sacrifice ourselves so that our collective pack may thrive. There is nothing more important than the future we give our pack or our puppies."
"Is this shared by all Earthlings?" The Alien asked.
Blue didn't know how to answer that.
"No." It seemed the easiest answer."
"I have been sent to evaluate Humanity," the Alien explained with stern tones.
Blue didn't like the sound of that.
"Humanity with either be invited as a guest to the Cosmic Civilizations or eradicated as a menace to the Cosmic Civilizations."
Blue swallowed hard. Suddenly the urge to find his master was more urgent than ever."

“"2.5 Billion People," Bobb looked around the gathering, feeling neither pity nor sorrow for them. Humans collectively were responsible for what was coming down: Runaway Global Warming. He had no compassion left.
"2.5 Billion People moving to areas where Billions of people already live.
2.5 Billion People seeking food, water, housing, employment, and safety." He studied them to see if they understood the gravity here.
"2.5 Billion Homeless refugee's flooding the world," he continued, "everywhere you look, every nation; every continent suffers the same fate. Oh yeah, almost forgot the AMOC shut down too."
"AMOC?"
"Means Europe and Eastern American are going into the ice box."

“Two Hawks was impressed by the changes in himself and everyone. All the animosities of before were gone. No more Conservative or Liberal labels. Everybody was just a person, good parts, bad parts, but a human being who deserved respect. Life was now hard enough without prejudice and bigotry crippling the group.
They had become what all humans seek: a tribe.
Everybody now was essentially a refugee, a survivor. The hatred, the violence, and mistrust had vanished among them. Bigotry, misogyny, racism, all of it disappeared nearly overnight because survivors had no time for such things, everybody was needed, every skill, every set of hands, everybody was welcome.
Of course, Tomas thought wryly, that didn't keep humans from being human.”
